Its construction was financed by the brothers after whom it is named at the beginning of the 20th century. It is a building that reflects eclectic and historicist trends. It shared its location with the Asylum. Built in 1908, it was characterized by the use of liberal teaching methods. It included a natural sciences museum or cabinet of curiosities for students’ use, and stood out for its spacious and bright classrooms. Today it houses the headquarters of the municipal social services.
