Route dedicated to the García Naveira Brothers, benefactors of Betanzos, exploring places linked to their legacy.
Casa del Pueblo (People’s House)
Building promoted in 1917 thanks to the legacy of Jesús García Naveira for the Federation of Workers’ Societies of Betanzos.
Its location is the result of a legacy left by Don Jesús García Naveira in favour of the “Federation of Workers’ Societies of Betanzos” amounting to 50,000 pesetas, which were used to commission the work from the architect Rafael González Villar in 1917.
