1906 modernist building on Valdoncel Street, designed by Matías Witz, restored and characterised by balconies and an upper cornice.

Located on Valdoncel Street, its construction dates from 1906, based on a project by the architect Matías Witz. The building has two façades; the main one is built in masonry and features balconies and an upper cornice. It is currently restored.
