Upon his return from Argentina in 1890, Don Juan established his residence in the square. It is a French-influenced building located under the arcades, designed by the architect Juan de Ciórraga. The upper floor housed the family residence, while the lower floor contained the offices of his business. The façade stands out for its use of marble and a commemorative plaque.
