Monthly Fairs

Monthly fairs have been held in Betanzos since the Middle Ages to promote trade and community life. They include food products, textiles, crafts, livestock fairs and seasonal goods across various locations in the town.

Alfolí (Salt Storehouse)

Medieval building used for the storage and weighing of salt, a key product in Betanzos’ port trade.
